Itinerary

  1. 1

    Marrakech → Ouarzazate (via Tizi n'Tichka)

    Meet your guide in Marrakech for the pre-ride briefing. If motorcycle rental is part of your confirmed arrangement, the handover is completed before departure. Your guide will explain the route, terrain and important practical information for the experience ahead. Leave the city behind and climb the twisting Tizi n'Tichka pass, stopping at panoramic viewpoints and mountain villages before descending through the High Atlas to Ouarzazate.

    Ouarzazate → Dades Valley

    Ride through the palm groves of Skoura and continue along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs toward the Rose Valley. In the Dades Valley, the road winds past old fortified villages, colourful cliffs and the famous Monkey Fingers formations before reaching the overnight accommodation.

    Dades Valley → Todra Gorge → Merzouga

    Follow the Dades switchbacks before crossing to Tinghir and the towering walls of Todra Gorge. After a short walk and lunch stop, continue through desert towns and open plateaus toward Merzouga, arriving as the evening light changes the colour of the Erg Chebbi dunes.

    Merzouga — Erg Chebbi Exploration

    Spend the day exploring the tracks around Erg Chebbi with the route adjusted to the group's off-road experience. The route may include Khamlia, rocky and sandy pistes, a desert lunch and selected local stops, before finishing at the accommodation or camp confirmed in your itinerary.

    Merzouga → Draa Valley → Ouarzazate

    Leave Merzouga and ride west through the stony desert, passing Alnif and the palm oases near N'Kob. Continue through the Draa Valley and the Anti-Atlas foothills, with stops among kasbahs and date palms before reaching Ouarzazate.

    Ouarzazate → Ait Benhaddou → Marrakech

    Ride to Ait Benhaddou and take time to explore the UNESCO-listed fortified village on foot. Afterwards, cross the High Atlas again by the Tizi n'Tichka pass, enjoying the final mountain bends before descending into Marrakech.

    Marrakech — Departure

    Enjoy a relaxed final morning in Marrakech, with time for breakfast, a short city visit or an optional local ride depending on your flight. If motorcycle rental or an airport transfer is included in your confirmed itinerary, the return and transfer arrangements are scheduled around your departure.

A 4x4 support vehicle can be added to your tour on request. It can carry luggage and equipment, provide additional logistical support and accommodate non-riding companions. We can advise whether a support vehicle is useful for your itinerary, and the final setup is confirmed in your personalised quotation.
