Where our enduro programmes run
Our KTM and enduro programmes operate through a local partner network across southern Morocco. Merzouga and Erg Chebbi are the main base for short desert rides, while Ouarzazate is a practical starting point for longer crossings and loops.
Depending on the programme and conditions, routes can include Zagora, M'Hamid, Erg Chegaga, Lac Iriki, Oumjrane, Tafraout Sidi Ali, Ramlia, Ouzina and Taouz. No single itinerary includes every area; the confirmed route depends on duration, season and rider experience.

Firm desert tracks that carry much of the distance on longer programmes.

Ride straight out of our base at the edge of the dunes: sand, hamada, dry oueds and old rally piste within minutes of the hotel.

Longer desert programmes from Ouarzazate and deep-Sahara routes that reach Erg Chegaga, Lac Iriki and the far south.
Paris-Dakar piste around Merzouga
Ask for a Merzouga programme that includes the old rally-piste character around Taouz, Ouzina and Ramlia, where it fits the confirmed route.

Rider requirements and practical notes
- A valid full motorcycle licence is required for the KTM enduro programmes operated through our partner network.
- Tell us honestly about your off-road and sand experience so we can confirm the programme is suitable.
- Multi-day desert enduro is not designed as a first-ever off-road experience; basic off-road confidence is strongly recommended.
- Bring personal travel/medical insurance that covers motorcycle riding and emergency repatriation.
- Routes can change with heat, wind, sand, rain, track condition and the riding level of the group.
Where you stay
For Merzouga-based enduro programmes, we normally use a riad or hotel as the riding base. A desert-camp night can be included when it fits the confirmed itinerary.

How many days can an enduro tour run?
Merzouga programmes are available from half-day and one-day experiences through to six-day programmes. Ouarzazate programmes run from three to seven days.

Do I need off-road experience?
For multi-day enduro, basic off-road experience is strongly recommended. Tell us your real experience and we will confirm which programme is suitable.
