1. Who we are

For the purposes of data protection law, we are the data controller for the personal information collected through this site.

2. Information you give us

We only collect the information you choose to provide. Our contact, tour inquiry and custom tour forms are completed voluntarily, and nothing is gathered unless you fill a form in and submit it. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, WhatsApp or telephone number, country, number of riders, passenger details, riding experience, preferred travel dates, preferred starting city, tour duration, the tour you are interested in and any message you write. If you use the motorcycle enquiry form you may also choose to tell us your age, whether you hold a motorcycle licence, the motorcycle you normally ride, your off-road and sand riding experience and your approximate height. These details are optional, are used only to suggest a suitable tour and motorcycle, and we do not ask for medical information. We do not ask for payment card details, passport numbers or other sensitive documents through this website.

4. How form inquiries reach us

When you submit a form, the details are sent from your browser to a secure script on our own web hosting, which forwards them by email to contact@motorcyclemoroccotours.com. That address is the only destination for website inquiries. Along with the details you type, we receive the page you submitted from, the website language you were using and the date and time of the submission. If the page URL contains campaign parameters such as UTM values or Google click identifiers, those values may also accompany that inquiry so we can understand how the inquiry reached us.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We pass on only the details needed to arrange what you have asked for, for example a first name and travel dates given to an accommodation provider or a motorcycle rental partner. Our web hosting provider processes form submissions and email on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to answer you and, if you travel with us, to organise and support your tour and meet our record-keeping obligations. If your inquiry does not lead to a booking, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager are not currently active on this website: their configuration values are empty, so no Google analytics or advertising tag is loaded. The site does not currently keep persistent marketing-attribution data in your browser. If optional analytics or advertising measurement is enabled in future, it will be activated only after the applicable consent choice and this policy will be updated to explain the data used. You can also manage cookies and website storage through your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the information you have submitted, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also be able to object to or restrict how we use it.
